Unless agreed with the manager items are Final Sale.
 
We cannot accept the following returns:
 
      •     Sterile, wound care and single patient use products.
      •     Items worn on the body , feet or exposed to the body or bodily fluid
      •     Pandemic/ infection risk items (inc. bathroom items )

Returns Due To Defect Policy

 We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us and/or the manufacturer with details of the product and the defect.

Upon receipt of the manufacturers agreement to replace or accept return, we will fully honor their position.
 
We will notify you via the method of communication you have given us, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect.
If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.
