EVENup Shoe Lift Level Up

EVENup Shoe Lift Level Up

AnEVENup Shoe Lift (also called an Evenup Shoe Balancer or Leveler) is an externally worn, adjustable orthotic shoe cover designed to compensate for the temporary height difference created when recovering in a medical walking boot, fracture cast, or post-operative shoe.

AnEVENup Shoe Lift (also called an Evenup Shoe Balancer or Leveler) is an externally worn, adjustable orthotic shoe cover designed to compensate for the temporary height difference created when recovering in a medical walking boot, fracture cast, or post-operative shoe.
Because orthopedic boots have thick, elevated soles, they cause a temporary limb-length inequality when you walk in a normal shoe on your uninjured foot. The EVENup attaches securely around the outside of your everyday shoe on the opposite foot to level out your stride.

While wearing a walking boot, there will be a height difference between the foot with the orthosis and your uninjured foot.

Simply slip an EVENup onto the sole of the shoe of your uninjured foot to help adjust for the height difference while walking around during your recovery.

Key Features

  • Adjustable Heights: The default adult design features removable layers that let you adjust the lift to three thicknesses: 1/2″, 3/4″, and 1-1/4″ to align perfectly with your specific medical boot. (Pediatric sizes offer 8 mm, 13 mm, and 25 mm layers).
  • Universal Design: It features a universal left/right configuration, meaning a single unit fits either your left or right shoe.
  • Easy and Secure Fit: It wraps over the sole of a standard, closed-toe sneaker or athletic shoe using secure nylon loop straps rather than slipping loosely inside the shoe.
  • Safety Outsole: It is built with a lightweight, non-skid rubber outer sole to absorb shock and maintain proper traction while walking
Medical walking boots are inherently taller than standard shoes. Walking "unevenly" for weeks can throw off your posture, resulting in:
  • Severe strain on the knees, hips, and lower back.
  • Gait disruptions and limping.
  • Increased fatigue or joint pain during recovery.
By equalizing the height of both legs, the device restores a natural walking rhythm and prevents secondary joint pain

Yes. The EVENup features a universal design that fits identically on either your left or right shoe

It works best with standard-profile, closed-toe athletic running shoes or sneakers. Avoid wearing it with sandals, high-heels, open-toed shoes, or heavy work boots with wide, flared outsoles

No. You should never operate a motor vehicle while wearing an EVENup on either foot, as it alters your pedal sensation and can compromise safe braking.
