Pacey Comfort Cuff | Male Urinary Incontinence Clamp | All-Day Use

Pacey Comfort Cuff | Male Urinary Incontinence Clamp | All-Day Use

Pacey Comfort Cuff | Male Urinary Incontinence Clamp | All-Day Use

This is the best male urinary incontinence clamp designed to minimize leaks and maintain penile blood flow.

The Pacey Cuff is a medical-grade, reusable male urinary incontinence device designed to eliminate the need for adult diapers and pads. Unlike traditional penile clamps that completely squeeze the penis and block blood flow, the patented Pacey Cuff applies targeted pressure to the underside of the penis to close the urethra while protecting blood circulation on the top surface

Managing male urinary incontinence is a very difficult position to be in as it constantly affects a patient's day to day life. Crushing penile clamps, damp disposable pads, bulky condom catheters and additional invasive operations are not at the top of on anyone's list of 'excellent options' for managing with male urinary incontinence.

We have created the new standard by providing comfortable, reliable, durable and reusable male urinary incontinence devices. The Pacey Cuff makes it possible to forget about leakage while in between bathroom breaks.

Pacey Cuff patients regain the freedom to explore and experience the world again by controlling leaks in comfort so they can stay dry and stay active.

Troubleshooting Common Issues
  • What if I am still leaking? You likely need a tighter setting. Remove the cuff, flip it over, and slide the bottom strap mechanism to a higher number to increase pressure. If it still leaks on the tightest setting, you may need a smaller size.
  • How do I stop skin pinching? When securing the device, make sure the small foam protective flap lies flat against the skin and does not fold over. Once secured, gently push any trapped skin out from the edges of the cuff.
  • Why do I leak more later in the day? Pelvic floor muscles naturally tire out as the day goes on, increasing bladder pressure. You may need to tighten the cuff slightly by one notch in the afternoon or evening.
Cleaning & Longevity
  • How do I clean it? Wash the device daily with warm water and mild hand soap. Let it air dry completely before wearing it again.
  • How long does it last? The medical-grade materials generally hold up for 6 months of continuous daytime use before needing a replacement.
