The Sprague Rappaport Stethoscope is a Great Combination of Quality and Value. The dual-tubing design transmits the faintest of sounds. Versatile because each stethoscope comes with a component kit that includes two sets of eartips, large and small diaphragm and an adult, pediatric and infant bell. Black.

It features a thick-walled dual-tubing configuration measuring 22 inches in length

The design utilizes two parallel, separate acoustic channels. This layout isolates sound pathways for each ear to amplify faint body noises and optimize overall clarity.

The device responds directly to acoustic pressure. Users apply minimal pressure to target lower frequency tones, and increase pressure on the chest piece to capture higher frequencies.

It is completely reusable. It is built with thick, durable walls designed to withstand daily routine clinical cleaning and long-term institutional handling.

Wipe the entire stethoscope down using a 70% isopropyl alcohol wipe. You can also use a soft cloth lightly dampened with mild soap and warm water.
Never submerge or soak the stethoscope in any liquid. Do not subject the instrument to any automated washing or sterilization processes.

Pull the flexible eartips firmly off the metal binaural tubes. Soak them in warm, soapy water to remove earwax buildup. Dry them completely before pushing them back onto the metal bars.

The dual-headed chestpiece rotates. Hold the stem with one hand. Turn the chestpiece 180 degrees until you hear a distinct click. This click confirms the selected side is now acoustically open.
